Mastery Token Not Showing

I recently got an S (or S- I forgot) in a Ranked game with Leona, and after the game it said I received a Mastery Token for LvL 6. But after looking in my Hextech Crafting, I could not find one. It might have to do something with me just going up to LvL 5 that game, however, my friend was in the game as well, got an S on Draven and also did not receive a Token even though he was already LvL 5. Maybe there is also some kind of long delay or something for the Token to show up, but some clarity would be nice. Thanks for any information!
