I checked our records of that game and I see that you did have Frostfire Annie selected but it does look like the skin boost was successful. I have almost every skin for annie. it shows on my screen that I am missing hextech annie. I know there is the frankinannie skin I also don't have. I used rp boost playing annie on an aram. it unlocked frostfire annie skin, which I already own. the hextech skin was replaced with the frostfire skin which was double unlocked.
