if a Risen fiddlesticks stands for 2 seconds he freezes. till u move him again

That happens with every Fiddlesticks skin IIRC.
They added it a couple patches ago. It's in the patch notes.
The notes literally said if he doesn't move for 5 seconds, he becomes a spooky scarecrow.
