On Teemo, when attack with blue buff on a specific location, blue sentinel will be crazy, he can't attack Teemo.

That's not cheating, many other champs are able to do this (specifically ranged) not really cheating, and I doubt you can get in trouble for "exploiting" this.
nope not cheating smart gameplay block with the little monsters the return path of the big monster and the big monster cant reset health he lost his aggro cuz he couldnt attack 5 times but he cant return either so ....he gets stuck there without attacking its how one can do all the buffs its pretty hard tough to master cant do it decently either :(
