Black screen after game accept

Hello there,

I must say that I have been trying to start a game for some time now. I already had a low priority status because of bad connection on my part. I take the blame for that, however it has now gotten worse. This is mainly due to a bug that's allowed me to accept a game but I can't select a hero due to a black screen appearing. I have tried to get over this a number of times by just waiting in the queue again but this hasn't solved anything but instead made matters worse. This is because it has just increased my low priority status from 10min to 20min. Please can you look into the bug and also reduce my status to at least 10 min. I will strive to not leave or be absent from games anymore.
