[GAMEPLAY] Smite Item Bug

I was playing a game as Fizz and I tried to buy runeglaive after I had bought sheen. I bought it, but it took the item away and also sheen and gave me a refund but no sheen and I couldn't undo the purchase. I thought before if a player didn't take smite the items were disabled but now they aren't.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Choose any champion and don't take smite.
2. Farm for 850 gold or enough for a full smite item.
3. Buy the smite item.
4. Watch it disappear and not allow an undo.

I did this three times with runeglaive and it worked every time, then I tried without buying an enchant and it still disappeared.
