Ornn Game Play Bug

After i came back from a "bug splat" in game my ultimate would not show. If i somehow randomly hit it it would then show after the knock back. please fix. Made me literally useless in the game when i can't hit the ram backwards.

Tried restarting the Client twice to see if that would work, but it did not.
