Literally can't change runes in champ select...
Come the hell on Riot, how the hell do I know what champ i'm going to be playing next game?
Just get the top border part with the X on the right, no pages or anything.

Same thing keeps happening to me.. Apparently the whole lobby I'm in is having the same issue as well. Hopefully its fixed soon. Good thing they changed the RP icon though. Priorities.
I'm having this issue now, last 2 matches. I restarted my PC and it didn't fix the problem.

2/26/2020 - Still happening, I can click on the 'edit' button - but as soon as I do, nothing happens and then only the bottom half of the league client becomes unresponsive - can't even chat. I can still swap champions with the first two players on my team.
2/26/20, I've never seen this before but it just happened 4 times in a row, and patching doesn't fix it. It's amazing how league's client consistently ruins the game. You can't really play league when you aren't able to pick a champion/ or runes every other patch.

30.1.2020 still exists just had to dodge the second time in a row i had 87 lp and dodged twice got to 74 lp its so frustrating that my rune page doesnt show up just the border and the X . Just fucking fix your client and dont release 140 skins this year instead. Dissapointed in this game i love it but its dissapointing to see that the support doesnt even do anything about it.

2/11/2020, got the bug multiple times just decided to finally post about it. Just pissed off because riot makes plenty of money and can easily have this fixed. They just dont care enough to, all the money is going towards skins and other money grabs.

First, I couldnt pick a champ and wondered why. Then I couldn't pick my runes. All I could do was click the x at the top. How do I fix this.
when it happens to me, i just go to the rune page in my profile page and then is fixed, maybe coincidence,maybe not, but worked for me 5 times.
