As you can see in my screen shot my promos started with Jax, Then I won a game with Nasus, then Lost a game as Trynd. After the Trynd loss, i was kicked out my promos!!! WTF Riot!!!

you either win 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 5. Judging from those stats look like you go screwed. Are you sure you didn't dodge once? Send in a ticket though you'd get better help. Not much we can do.

PS: I promoted myself. Won a game, Lost a game, then won my last game. Which is how it should have been in the first place..... smh riot
