Whenever someone takes a long time to lock in (in draft), the time freezes.

So this happened to me right now in draft mode, someone was picking their champion, but it took them a while to lock in and then it just remains on "0", then when it got to my turn I couldn't lock in my champion. Thus removing me from matchmaking. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
