[Client] champion select, unable to buy skin.

so i probably bought twitch two weeks ago and havent had the rp to grab a skin for him. So yesterday i got my rp ready to go. hopped in a game, called adc, and went to buy a skin through twitches champion screen. now when i clicked on it, it showed twitch as ??? ip and ??? rp. and when i fliped to a skin it told me i had to own the champion first, but i bought him two weeks ago. dismayed and confused i dodged the game and went to buy the skin via the actual store. it all worked in the store and i got my skin, but i was currious as to why it wouldnt let me buy it in champion select, and why did twitch show up as ??? ip/rp
