[GAMEPLAY] Banner of Command + Baron buff gives ranged minions huge range.

If a ranged minion is buffed from both Banner of Command and a nearby ally having Baron Nashor, its range increases to slightly more than that of a siege minion with Baron buff. This is only the case while the minion has both of the buffs, it doesn't remain once baron empowerment falls off.

Reproduction:

Put Banner of Command and Baron empowerment on a ranged minion. (The order doesn't matter as far as I know.) Watch as it has very large range.

I feel like I should add, this bug has been around for a long time, if I had to guess probably about as long as baron buff increasing siege minion range has been out.
