Entire (just our) team bugsplat exactly when enemy team took Baron

Title says it all, I will attach the replay, it happened at 43:45. I don't know if this is relevant but when I watch the replay, when they take baron, the popup text is 'game_announcement_OnKillWorm_red_minion' instead of the enemy has killed baron or whatever it usually says.

It doesn't let me attach replay- please advise.
