New Champ Select Freeze, Can't Play at All Now

I was in champ select when suddenly the last ban didn't go through. The timer was stuck at 0 seconds and nothing was happening. We could still chat with each other, and even if someone left the room it wouldn't dodge the game and it was up to you to leave the lobby yourself. Well that alone wouldn't have been so bad. I don't mind a 5 minute queue cool down. However when I logged back in and tried to create a new ranked lobby in order to queue back up, all the client did was say please wait, loaded for 10 seconds and then put me straight back to the League home screen. Since then I tried joining from and invite, and the same thing happened. I cant even spectate for crying out loud.

SOMEONE HALP.

Update: I have restarted my client several times, and even restarted my computer but that didn't seem to change anything...

Update: I was able to spectate a friends game and thought that may have corrected the bug, but I still cant create a lobby...

Update: I even reinstalled my game and that didn't fix it, I think it must have something to do with my account on the NA server :/

Update: I logged into my alt account and it worked just fine... WTF RITO Y U DO DIS

To answer your question, it thinks that game still exists. Maybe someone made it in or what not. It still thinks your main account is playing the broken game riot let get through. So you can't play on that account until the game that doesn't really exists ends, which could be an hour, a day etc.
