Sion Passive, Movespeed [Gameplay]

When Sion's passive is activated (when he dies), the +20 movespeed gained from the alactrity enchantment from mercury's treads was removed. i.e When I was alive I had 410 movespeed and when in my passive I had 390 movespeed, with my movespeed returning to 410 once I revived.

I hope this can be fixed :)
