Wooglet's Witchcap (Twisted Treeline)

I would like to report a bug that's going around the Twisted Treeline, i play 3v3 ranked teams with my friends and we're called the Shia LaSquad and when we try to do good comps that surrounds perhaps someone like morgana that is really good with Wooglet's Witchcap, it seems that when we buy Wooglet's on any champion the bonus ap won't apply, i would love it if riot can fix this immediately thank you for reading this bye
