i havent play the game for a year or so cuz of all the lag. now that i fixed it and i come to my first real ranked in a year and what do i get?

the game loads i connection fine, fps bad but i can work with it.

i get into the game and go agressive for first blood (i vs )and the game and client freeze and crash(a its the second time this happened so far) but now i got a afk ban and still im pissed a bug like that is in the game

and btw can riot remove the 20 min bans?
