WARWICK E PASSIVE BUG

Hello guys , this is my first post here :) So I am playing a lot of WW and I have realized that if u set a point in WW e and u do not deactivate it people with less than 50% of their life they won't be tracked down by it ! Before the last patch riot fix the e bug that had to take some time to start working . Please guys take a look at this because when I paly I forget to toggle it on and off so this bug doesn't harm my game , and in many times I have it on and I find my self chasing people without the passive bonus from it !
