[Gameplay] Volume drastically decreases during certain periods in aram

Happened twice during an aram game. Both times seemed to be connected to when the enemy Sivir used her ultimate. She would pop it, her audio would go off then the volume decreased on absolutely everything almost going completely mute. After a few seconds, possibly the duration of Sivir ult, it returned to normal as if nothing else happened.
