Leaver buster bug

On my second account I'd joined three lobbies. The first one some kids got into a fight over mid and one left. The Second lobby I'm not sure what happened, but someone left. Then in the third one, 10 seconds before the game started I got kicked from the lobby again with the usual message "a player has left during champion selection, you have been returned to que". Naturally I'm fairly annoyed at this point and when i went to join another lobby it told me you have been placed in a lower priority que for leaving during champion select which obviously after 3 lobby attempts of being locked in as talon top just pissed me off.

Has anyone else experienced an issue like this? This is the first time I've ever seen a bogus leaver buster because it's usually pretty good at it's job. I don't know if it's due to the recent update or what. I'm over it now but that seriously pissed me off and should be looked into. I'm kinda nervous to try and join anymore lobbies with this being an issue.
