Server is really bad

I have waited 50 min for a game to play in ranked and they were leavers beacuse they couldnt pick their champ.I was at promos for Silver 2 and i couldnt pick my champ because of the server.Now i am at 87 LP beacuse of leaving.Fix your servers RIOT!
