All of my shards are gone

My essence and gemstones still seem to be on my account but my champion, wards, summoner icon shards are all wiped. I had like 40 champ shards. Is this a common thing? It's not a tribunal penalty or anything because i've never been banned. Any advice or explanation would /be great. Screenshot attached.
