Lancer Paragon Blitzcrank (My issue)

So i Just played with this Skin on PBE (Beautiful Skin)

However the WALK ... omg the walk is wanky, good thing its out for only testing now. To be even more details, his recall and his walk doesn't agree, if hes to walk like that he needs to dig through the ground. (I just looked at Rogue an I see he digs), but whatever you can I think the walk is wanky

If not let him hover instead of walking, cause if he can fly (which he does in his recall) why have such wanky walk.

But if he the walk cant be removed, have it turned down a bit on how hard he swings his shoulder
