Azir Ult Bug (Casting ult mid-shuffle)

So this one requires a little bit of context to explain:

I went to practice mode to test it out a bit, and here are some things I found-

[Note- I have all abilities on quickcast]

1. Azir can ult during his E (shifting sands)
2. Azir can NOT ult while casting his Q (conquering sands)
3. Azir can NOT ult while using his E-Q combo. (If he were to ult mid-e and then cast q, the q would be delayed until the ult is cast, and vica versa; if you E-Q and then ult, the ult will not fire until the q travel finishes.)

This is where the bug comes in; If you E-Q and press your ult TWICE during the dash, the game will allow you to launch your ult mid-dash which has led to some awkward engages where I'm shuffling behind the enemy team but my ult fires off preemptively completely missing the intended targets.
