[Gameplay} Zac E not working

So I just played a match, and 'S E, Elastic Slingshot, wouldn't work. Early in the game I was able to use it once but after that, every time I pressed the E key or clicked on the ability, it wouldn't respond. I don't know what caused it, I just couldn't use the ability. I think i've had this problem before, too.
