windspeaker's blessing on malphite

not the ideal build of course, but i wanted to try it. either the mastery text is incomplete or the mastery is not properly buffing his granite shield. it just stayed at exactly 10% the whole game, not the 11% you'd expect from the shield being "10% stronger". wonder if this affects other champs as well?
