not the ideal build of course, but i wanted to try it. either the mastery text is incomplete or the mastery is not properly buffing his granite shield. it just stayed at exactly 10% the whole game, not the 11% you'd expect from the shield being "10% stronger". wonder if this affects other champs as well?
Spaceman5pff1 votesIt states in tool tip it only impacts shields heals you apply to allies. This means no buff to self shielding / healing.
Piksnikity2 votesdoesn't seem so. if so, why specify that there are additional effects if used on allies? "Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Additionally, heals and shields on allies increase your target's armor by 5 - 22 (based on level) and magic resistance by 2.5 - 11 (based on level) for 3 seconds. " i know there's a vlad guide using it and he does get self-heal buff.
