RioT please (actually a bug/glitch/whatever)

This happens almost every time I open the champions tab in the client. Random champions will swap places and sometimes even take over another champ by duplicating themselves: https://i.gyazo.com/8ca2ff02e3f4ad913159382ab4de4715.png <------ See if you can spot the error.

I have been encountering this bug for some time now, and in the beginning it was pretty funny, but it's getting pretty annoying now.
