Bugsplat on new patch. please help!!

i have updated to the newest patch 7.10 and since then have been unable to load into a game without crashing and getting a bugsplat error. because of this I have been unable to join 2 normals games. i have seen people have this problem on older patches but nothing on this newest one. I have tried updating my drivers and checking to see if any game files are corrupted. i am not sure what to do, any help would be much appreciated!!
