Katarina - death lotus

So, i was playing kata, i gave pressed my R with all my agony aaaaand... It did nothing. I was just watchin face to face enemy. It was writing "death lotus", it gave je cooldown but no animation and dmg. Im not only oné who got it. If its not fixed yet, fix it pls. Thanks for attention and sry for my bad english. I think i shouldnt sleep on my english classes.
