[GAMEPLAY] Invisible Brand ults

I've noticed recently in a few of my brand games, and in games i've played against brand that his ult is invisible. It seems like it just happens anytime he ults, suddenly you or your enemies will start gaining stacks of blaze and you can't even see the cause. It would be really nice nice to get his sorted out as soon as possible.
