New galio cant cast dash (e) while stuck in passive auto animation

Testing out the new Galio, and when going to use the dash skill it doesn't let you use it while your passive auto animation is going off. forcing you to wait for Galio to smash the ground before you can attempt to knock up an enemy champion.
