Ekko Bugged Ult and RuneGlaive

When I was play Echo I noticed that Runglaive (I had trailblazer), while it had a proc available, was not activating on auto attacks when ekko had 2 stacks of his passive on the target already. This was happening 100% of the time in my game. The other bug only happened once, when I ulted I got stuck in screen lock mode (first use of the game) neither my hotkey nor the button above the minimap would unlock my camera.
