Champion select bugg

So i was in Que for ranked solo for a minute and i hit accept and then instead of going into champ select it just said " Retrieving Data from Server " .the screen was black except for the box that said "Retrieving data from server" But i was able to hear the alert that let me know that i was first ban pick. Unable to choose a champion or do anything as the screen was nothing but black, i was stuck having to just exit out and get charged with a dodge. Has anyone else have this occur to them? My internet was fine as i was watching a live stream and it never stopped.
