Didn't get the Bilgewater icon from the missions

Completed the Bilgewater mission and didn't get the icon, I wouldn't mind otherwise if it weren't for the fact that the bilgewater icon is my fav Anyway I completed the mission from the Shadow Isles in the same game and did get the icon as well as First win of the day I don't know If it makes any difference but I was the one playing the bligewater champion

The mission gives you the "Serpent Crest Icon" not the one that is grouped with the other factions. Same thing with the Shurima icon. there is the version that is 250 RP in the store, and separate ones you earn from the missions.
