orianna ult cooldown display

There was a couple of times where I would ult as Orianna before I died, but it wouldn't go off because I died. However, the UI would tell me that my ult is available, off cooldown, but I would not be able to use it. I'm not sure if I was able to use it again because I died, or because when I ulted, the timer went off but didn't display to me or something.
