New que and what not

I been trying to play league now for over 2 hours and i get banned cause i can't pick and champ and hit ok! soooo dumb... been playing this game for 3 years now and been sitting here trying to play one game and been bann for over 2 hours nows cause when i pick a champ and hes hiighlated i can't nothing else and says i fail to pick a champ..... so stupid...
