League won't run, at all.

Okay so I played a game and immediately after my league client was saying it need to be restarted, something about being backed up or whatever. Well I pressed the restart button and nothing happened. I manually launched the game and it wouldn't load, at all. I thought, 'no biggie' and just reinstalled the game entirely. It's the old client, for whatever reason, but I thought it would update once I launched the game. Well, I hit launch and NOTHING happened. The logo popped up and went away as per ushe, but the game never loaded. I looked up some fixes, which included deleting some files, and nothing changed. I thought it might be malware, but there are no threats on my computer. I have no idea what's going on but I just want to play league on my computer that isn't super old and slow.
