Do you currently have a chest available to you to earn? This can be checked in your profile tab. Also have you already earned a chest for ashe this season?

i have 4 chests available and i dont think i got a chest with ashe this season thats why i opened a thread i tried to send a ticket but this website sucks i was logged in it kept asking me to login and the link to login didnt do anything

You can check in your collection tab to see if you have gotten one or not. The champion will have a special box around it.

You can only get a chest on champions you have not gotten a chest on previously in the current season. Also, you get one available chest every week with a maximum of 4. Everytime you get a chest that count goes down by one. If you have 0 then you cannot get a chest even if you get an S. You can check how many in the profile tab. It should be under your username. Hope this helped.
