[GAMEPLAY] Fiora ulti bug with spell shields

While playing Fiora vs a Nocturne, he spell shielded my ultimate. The visuals for the vitals still appeared around him but could not be proc'd. For the remainder of the game, different things kept bugging such as: Teleport unusable for a couple of minutes while off of CD (icon was grayed out with no timer on it?), vitals not working correctly while using ultimate (especially on Nocturne). I'm not sure if this also applies to other spell shields as well, but it seems the spaghetti code strikes again.
