can't choose champion reward

when i get the option to pick riven, allaoi, or garen i can't pick them i can see the select button when my cursor is at the bottom of the character showcase but when i go up to select riven the button goes away can someone please help me with this i can't play LOL with this bug and it's getting me really annoyed so if i could get some help that would be very helpful
