Players pulling out of room, while I stay

Hi

From two days me and my duo mate are having a problem. Once we are in a room and the match is about to begin, he is disappearing from the queue having a match, while I am in the room, still waiting for a my to appear. I never had this problem, and I don't think it is internet connection but the issue is always from my side, so Rito pls.
