League Of Legends RP Card Not Working

i just purchased a 10$ riot points card from walmart today and when i came home i entered it in the "RIOT PIN" section in the buy rp box in the shop and it said that i entered the code wrong but i tripple checked it and i tried it with and without spaces. please help
