Bug in champion select

Hello guys, today the last game i played bugged and it did not start after the timer went to zero in champion select and we stood there waiting for like 1 min and then we decided to just reconnect. My teammates reconnected successfully but for me the game gave me repeatedly an error and it did not start. I had to restart my pc to be able to enter the game. and we actually won that game but it was counted as a loss for me because i did not manage to reconnect the first 3-4 mins... I really don't know how to prove this i did not take any screenshots but is there any way to do so ?
