Hello, I have yet to receive a single key fragment by playing in the year 2019. I have over 20 boxes, but not a single key fragment. Is there a limit to the number of key fragment one can receive? Thank you for your help.
There's no limit as far as I know regarding key fragments, however I noticed when it pops up it has to do with honoring, I'm not best at judgement, see what other people tell you, I'd say if you were punished (honor & loot locked..etc) this IS the cause, but since you are getting chests, it could be another factor, reach out to an agent support see if they have some insight on the matter.
