[CLIENT] Client frozen after switching spells in Normal Blind Pick

Yeah so basically as other people have explained my client goes dark. I noticed this happen in Normal Blind Pick mode after I switched my summoner spells. Now I can't play blind pick and I can only do the new Draft mode.

Not sure if my OS helps but I'm on Windows 8.1

To reproduce this:

1. Start up a Normal Blind Pick game
2. Selecting a champion is unnecessary
3. Let's say you had Heal and Flash active already
4. If you wanted to switch the two, click on Heal and then try to select Flash
5. Boom, dark screen and you must force quit the client
