[CRASH] for like 3-4 hours!! EUW

We did a 5 vs 5 TEAM RANKED, first it crashed in-game with a high ping then we did join it again and now we can't reconnect in the game anymore for like 3-4 hours. My friends say I'm 1 minute in the game.
