Odd....

Greetings everyone! Today I come to the message boards of NA.LEagueoflegends to ask for some insight. So My account was suspended LAST year. I ended up making a smurf because like, I still love this game and regardless of the money I put in on this account Im still gonna play it. Ya know? Well that suspension I recieved was in october 2015. It is currently APRIL 2016. So I tried to log in, which previously didnt work. But I got in this time! Seems great right? well I get in, I can access the store. My champs, runes masteries yada yada. But I can't jump in a queue for any game mode. In the bottom left corner of the client it tells me I've been disconnected from chat and I click there to manually reconnect. Its just a cycle basically. At first I thought I was perma-banned. which had previously happened to one of my accounts. That perma ban wouldnt even let me log into the website here or post anything. So Im not sure what to think at this point but.... THIS IS MY MAIN. :/ Just kinda wish Rito would tell me something. but they havent so I came to you guys! Help?
