Varus Q Stops Working Once Maxed

• In ARAM, Varus' Q skill stops working once it has been maxed.
• I have played Varus in ARAM and have encountered this bug several times, but have attempted fixing it on my own during my three most recent occasions.
• The only constant that seems present with this bug is its occurrence when the skill is maxed.
• The button still makes the clicking noise when the Q key is pressed, but the skill does not begin to pull back on the bow.
• I have encountered this bug with both the normal skin as well as the heartseeker skin.
• The Q remains bugged for the rest of the game and does not fix itself.

I have tried various ways of fixing it:

1. Executing
2. Getting killed
3. Selling back the most recent purchase
4. Buying a new item
5. Using each of his other skills in an attempt to reset
6. Rearranging my items in my bar
7. Pressing & holding the Q key
8. Attempting to use the Q skill in the middle of another skill
9. Attempting to use the Q skill while stunned
10. Attempting to use the Q skill while rooted
11. Opening and closing the options menu
12. Opening and closing the key options menu
13. Bringing up the champion score menu
14. Alt + tab out of game temporarily
15. Close and reopen client
