Client Version Getting Rejected

I updated my client today, and went to log in but a peculiar message came up on the login screen. "Client version 6.5.16_03_16_`7_21 is rejected by server." I was wondering if this is a day 1 patch bug or if there is anything i can do to fix it and get to playing again.
