Dodges Due to Lagging Champ Select.

So I've been having this problem for about a month now that I am unable to select a champion to ban or play during group draft pick games. Whenever I am in prepared to ban a champion or select one, I notice that someone else's timer has reached 0 but it does not move to the next player to ban or even registers that someone has banned a champion. My friends are able to tell me exactly who is banning and who is selecting as I cannot tell. However, when it does finally reach me the game tries to speed up and show me everything that has happen between the time of me picking and the start of the game but most of the time I can't select in time to get into the game and end up dodging.

This is not a problem with my internet because one of the people I play with uses my same internet and is not affected at all the way I am.

Hopefully some of you have had this problem before and can tell me what to do, if not I'll try to do more to contact riot about this.
